Looking for an experienced family law paralegal. Must be a self-starter and goal oriented. I am looking for someone who takes the initiative to get the job done. Must have experience in the following areas:
1. Drafting pleadings including propounding discovery and responding to discovery request, letters to client,
courts, and opposing counsel; marital settlement agreements.
2. Preparation of preliminary disclosures and global settlement offers.
3. Excellent customer service with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
4. Team player and able to multi-tasking.
5. General office and administrative duties including phones.
