Legal document service needs an LDA or Paralegal to prepare documents on our cases. This is a permanent part time job, that allows you to do the work from your home or office, without disrupting other work you may be doing. You must have experience in working on unlawful detainers, probate petitions, divorces or other common court matters. You need to have good internet connection, printer/ scanner etc. You will need to talk,, occasionally to clients by phone during business hours.
You will be paid a flat fee for each document set that you prepare. We provide access to all necessary forms through our form builder apps as well as our online case management portal. Earnings would depend on how much work you take on, but you should be able to earn $25 to $30 per hour actually worked, once you are familiar with our systems. Please consider this as a permanent partime job opportunity.
You must be able to start right away and know how to prepare some of the type of filings referenced above from day 1.
