Reeve Trucking Co. Inc. is taking resumes for the position of Accounts Payable / Bookkeeper. Duties to include but will not be limited to matching hard copy invoices to hard copy purchase orders, data entry of matched invoices, weekly check run, daily manual checks, reconcile vendor statements, resolve vendor calls / emails, filing of accounts payable, reconcile checking accounts and various balance sheet accounts & maintain various schedules for quarterly and annual CPA reviews .Candidate should be familiar with all Microsoft Office software, with a strong understanding of excel and office equipment including networked scanners and copiers. Candidate needs to be able to work eight hours a day, five days a week with the possibility of overtime. This position is ideal for recent college graduates looking to establish a career with a privately owned S-Corporation.
