Responsibilities ;
Have acknowledge with Quickbooks, Microsoft word, Outlook.
Prepare work Orders
Schedule appointments and confirm with clients.
Data entry for every single contract or service performed.
Gather Client insurance requirements and obtain insurance information from broker.
Follow up with technicians for updates on the job and gather various documentation.
Order Materials .
Keeping job cost.
Track hours worked .
Prepare client receipts and invoices.
Special tasks as assigned by others including CEO, Office manager and crew supervisor.
