Key Account/Inside Sales/Customer Service
Job Description
Lawn & Garden wholesale distributor is seeking a mature and detail-oriented individual with outstanding sales and customer service skills to hold a key position within our Stockton office/warehouse. The position will manage every day sales and service activities. He / She will be responsible for understanding customer's needs and exceeding their expectations as well as supporting the outside sales team and its operations.
Responsibilities:
Sales quotation, order processing, inventory adjustment
Responsible for providing premier customer service and building long-term relationships with customers
Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams ensuring excellent communication and team work
Provide backup support to the Operations Coordinator in resolving customer service issues
Proactively support other office activities and events
Maintain the Company's inbound calls
Provide administrative support services to senior management as requested
Desired Skills & Experience
MUST be computer literate (Microsoft Office programs)
Excellent Excel spreadsheet knowledge & intermedia to advance level
Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be extremely efficient with time and accurate with their work.
Must be a fast learner with initiative, intellectual desire, willing to learn new things.
Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Energetic, dependable, trustworthy, motivated, and loyal.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent attendance record.
MUST have valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
4 year degree preferred
1-3 years in admin and / or customer service
Problem solver and team player
