Tool Tech Construction Supply of Livermore is looking for outgoing, high energy sales associate to join out team in Livermore.
Must work well with others in a high paced, ever changing work environment to provide exceptional customer service to our retail and service/repair clients. Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:
Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
Prepares customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
Maintains customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers’ accounts. Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational/training sessions.
Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Schedule Requirements:
Store is open Monday through Friday from 7a.m. to 5 p.m.
Inside Sales/Counter Sales is a full time position working 40 hours a week. Occasional overtime may be offered/required based on business needs.

Lift Truck Skills/Certification a plus
