Small family owned computer repair and IT consulting business looking for an entry level part time technician to join our nerd team! This is a great position for someone looking to grow their IT skills. If you would like to apply, please submit your resume via email and include any computer experience you may have.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
. Provide customer service and support including over the phone and in person
. Assemble and configure new desktop computers, gaming PC's and servers
. Perform PC or Mac desktop and laptop diagnostic, repair and upgrade
. Repair laptops, tablets, netbooks, iPads and iPhones
. Repair/service inkjet, laser and dot matrix printers
. General office duties including inventory and warranty service
Requirements:
. Motivated and self-directed
. Excellent customer service skills
. Applicant must be willing to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays
. Have valid CA driver's license
. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
. Stand up and work up to 8 hours
. Pass background screening
Certifications:
A+ and Network + (not required)
