This opportunity is for a 1099 contractor to work on-site for a 60-90 day project at one of our Fortune 500 customers, in Lathrop CA (approximately a 90 minute drive east from San Francisco).

You are an independent, self-starter who will work directly with local management and the companys employees to effectively drive injury reduction with our cutting-edge wearable technology. You will manage the day-to-day activities in support of integrating our products into the facilitys operations and identify best practices for use in similar deployments throughout the country. With your expertise and relentless enthusiasm, you will motivate and help employees realize the benefits of our system. Success will be determined by key program metrics and customer acceptance of this powerful technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implement Kinetics wearable technology at a specific customers facility

Develop a face-to-face working relationship with on-site managers and industrial workers

Provide guidance to employees and managers on the use of Kinetics products

Ensure excitement and participation among the workforce

Troubleshoot basic technical issues on-site

Identify customer needs and develop immediate solutions as well as best practices for future programs

Provide program updates and insights to local stakeholders based on their data

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates/Bachelor degree or higher in health/wellness, ergonomics, biomechanics, physical therapy, or similar

1-3 years experience in exercise physiology, kinesiology, ergonomics, or industrial safety preferred

Personal training/strength and conditioning certification a plus

2+ years experience in any customer-facing role

Excellent presentation and communication skills and youre comfortable communicating with anyone from a welder to a facility manager at a Fortune 500 company

Detail-oriented, process-focused, and diligent with follow up

You have a whatever it takes attitude to solve a problem

Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills, and youre comfortable talking about results and data

Experience with data analytics software a plus, not required
