Overview:
Roto-Rooter is the name that home owners and businesses have turned to for over 80 years for their plumbing and drain cleaning troubles. Our newest division, water restoration, is growing quickly, and we are adding additional technicians.
Responsibilities:
respond to water restoration leads
determine if restoration is needed
help customer set up insurance claims as needed
Complete the project utilizing all safety guidelines provided by Roto-Rooter Services Company
oversee drying equipment, and all services needed to complete all work needed to customers, and IICRC standards.
Requirements:
clean background
dmv, and able to pass drug screen.
able to work nights and weekends when needed.
Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
IICRC Certification a PLUS!
