PS Bajwa Inc. is currently seeking a Dispatcher for their Stockton, CA terminal.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of dispatching experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Scheduling pickup/delivery appointments
Rescheduling appointments as needed
Planning and implementing pickup/delivery routes for drivers
Entering loads into TMS
Effective communication with management as well as drivers
Processing multiple calls simultaneously from customers
Accountability on all communication regarding changes that impact operations
EOD report on all trailers in terminal (loaded/empty/etc)
Other tasks delegated by management
