We are hiringÂPart-time Lead Drivers /ÂMoversÂwith positive attitudes and great work ethic that love to stay active!Pay -Â$18Â- $22Âper hour paid weekly ($18Âbase pay + $4 in expected tips)ÂandÂDOTÂcertificationÂwill be paid for by Clutter.ÂHoursÂ-ÂMust be flexibleÂto start between 6 am - 8 am.Days -ÂMust be availableÂthroughout the week (Mon. - Sun.). Days are assignedÂon a weekly basis depending on business needs.Job Site -ÂStart and end shifts at our Tracy warehouse.ResponsibilitiesMove, pack and load customers items onsite at their place of residenceAct as the face of Clutter by deliveringÂ5-star customer serviceLead and drive team of helpersÂto complete 1-3 moving / storageÂjobs per dayScan and categorize customer items using our self-built mobile iPhone appMaintain responsibility for quality of work done on each jobRequirementsStandard driver's license (Class C or D)At leastÂ21Âyears of ageÂwith high school diploma, GED or equivalent (any college experience is a plus!)Ability to pass a drug screen and physical exam requiredWeekend availabilityÂrequiredAbility toÂlift up to 50 lbsÂand energy to move and pack throughout the dayBasic understanding of iPhone technologyExperience with at least one of the following preferred: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general laborAbout ClutterClutterÂpicks up, stores and brings back your physical belongings at the click of a button.
