Job Description:
We are looking for confident individuals with a customer service orientation, strong interpersonal and telephone skills, provide front line contact with customers, match vehicle demand with availability, desire for growth, passion for sales, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Rental Sales Manager Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service - maintain & expand customer relationships
-Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report any issues found
-Fleet Management/Inventory
-Billing
-Cold-calling
-Drafting & executing Rental Agreements
-Developing and responding to leads
-Prospecting for new business
-Daily rental check in/out
-Generate reports
-Understanding of marketplace conditions to maximize rental utilization & generate new relationships
-Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications:
-2 years of driving experience required.
-2 years of a clean DMV motor vehicle record required.
-2 years of Management experience.
-2 years outside Sales experience.
-Microsoft Excel experience a MUST!
-College degree highly preferred.
-Requires ability to get in & out of commercial trucks.
-Ability to work independently, customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule and work at the specific location required.
