This Desktop Support Analyst role is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity, and is a onsite role located in Suisun City, California.Major responsibilities- Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
- Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- Desktop support or related experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Well-founded grasp of Trouble Tickets
- Experience with Basic Troubleshooting
- Proven knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting
- Active Directory experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Proficiency in MS Windows 10
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
