Red Oak Technology is seeking a
Junior Project Manager for our high tech giant client located in Sunnyvale, CA for a Contract position. NOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work within a commutable distance of your assigned Worksite Location.Responsibilities:- Assist in organizing and implementing current customer support channel, askinfosec, which fields security related questions for the entire company.
- Work in a fast paced environment with high volume of tickets
- Help triage, develop reporting for the teams and identify trends for improvement within the askinfoec queue
- Answer customer support questions
- Experience in customer servicing, specifically with ticket based customer support systems
- Project management experience, but experience in handling cross-functional projects a plus
- Attention to detail
- Good time management
- Proactive, communicative personality
- Strong organizational skills
