Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant at Marcom, you will handle a wide range of administrative and operational related tasks. The ideal candidate will be a tenacious self-starter, have exceptional communication skills and is able to roll up their sleeves and take on any administrative task needed by Marcom. They work collaboratively with various teams to complete assigned tasks and projects. They are detail oriented and organized, with exceptional interpersonal skills needed to interact with a variety of people across Marcom.

Key qualifications: • 3-5 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting a department or large team • Heavy calendar experience • Possess extraordinary organizational, time management and administration skills • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; in person and 'virtually' • Desire to work in a fast paced environment with a wide range of personalities • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across organization • Prior experience planning, coordinating & supporting well-executed events • Exceptional attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to perform gracefully in all situations • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize workload • Positive attitude, proactive, team player, highly motivated, with a can-do approach, calm under pressure • Able to handle confidential information with tact and integrity, must consistently use good judgment and discretion • Work autonomously, take initiative, and complete tasks as assigned

Description: We are seeking a professional, driven and energetic person to help support the Executive Assistant and Creative Coordinator team. The Administrative Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and operational related tasks including supporting our team with the following but not limited to; Onboarding calendaring, setting up calendar infrastructure, providing support during busy periods to folks across Marcom, scheduling liaison with HR during review time, Coverage for vacations, sick, LOA or backfilling a role, Travel & expenses, Ordering catering and leadership lunches, booking rooms, Webex guru, etc.
