Business Analyst, Interactive Sunnyvale, CA

Job Summary This person will understand the business and user experience goals of a project and provide clear requirements for all stakeholders, design, development and QA teams. Working with key stakeholders, the business analyst will clarify and communicate business needs, contribute to the definition and design of solutions and ensure the alignment of user experience goals, technical solutions, and business needs.

The business analyst will perform activities including business process analysis, requirements gathering and solution definition throughout the design and development lifecycle. This person also helps create processes to manage requirements for all stakeholders and works with senior interactive producers responsible for creating customer-facing interactive experiences and internal tools powering these experiences. Candidates for this position must have a solid track record of gathering and documenting product requirements in a variety of systems environments. They must be comfortable leading workshops, working meetings and presentations. This role will require close collaboration with internal creative and development teams, as well as stakeholders outside of Marcom.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as define strategic plans. This role provides the opportunity to change the way customers interact with. A passion for creating digital experiences is essential.

Description • Self-starter, self-motivated, self-directed, self-sufficient • Committed to excellence and an outstanding attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills • Demonstrated experience producing technology project artifacts including: Use cases, BRD, system requirements, non-functional requirements, and process flows • 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager • Previous experience in business / systems analysis

Additional Requirements • Own and develop relationship with users, working with them to optimize and enhance our system • Acts as interpreter who facilitates communication between business, design and technical teams • Help design, document, and maintain system processes • Make recommendations to product team based technical issues or user experience related questions • Communicate key insights and findings to product team • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the user

Education Bachelor's Degree. The position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Business analyst/systems analyst is preferred.
