We have an immediate opportunity with one of our largest clients for Apple Technical Support Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate must have experience as a Support Engineer for resolving general system issues and triaging issues to the proper subject matter expert. Must have hands-on experience with Mac OS, proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. Must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Must have ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
