Our Brand teams are in charge of developing high-level strategy, planning, creative concepting, and overall product execution plans. Throughout the year, they collaborate with multiple functional disciplines to deliver end-to-end launch or campaign projects. The team plays a critical role in collaborating with external groups and executives to ensure that our product launches are timely and successful.The Brand Project Manager manages brand project schedules and oversees creative workflow across the organization. You will be in charge of key creative initiatives throughout the creative studio, tracking project status and brand project timelines, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key creative reviews, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Qualifications:
  • You have at least five years of experience working with creative teams in an agency environment.
  • You have excellent project and time management skills, you learn quickly, and you can adapt to rapid change.
  • Ability to organize information quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward.
  • You have a deep cultural curiosity and connectedness, including extraordinary communication and negotiation skills.
  • You understand print, digital and video asset creation and approval cycles.
  • Inventive and enthusiastic problem solver, at ease with working in a dynamic, highly matrixed organization
  • Familiar with applications including Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar.

Description:
  • Lead on production of master Fiscal Year Roadmaps for Brand Team by quarter.
  • Communicate and drive project timelines with the team from project approval to completion, including strategic development, creative development, and production.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team on the organization, facilitation, and chairing of weekly huddles and status meetings, as well as the tracking of action items.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to prioritize and align the team's daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
  • Manage the agenda and scheduling for Brand-led creative reviews.
  • Work with the Brand Creative Director and Team to define the creative concepting process and review structure that is appropriate for the project.
  • Facilitate brand-led creative reviews as well as all connection points such as scope, attendees, location, facilities, and materials.
  • Ensure that project materials are collected and archived, and that updates are shared with partners.

  • Manage project workflow logistics, including server configuration, communication, disclosure lists, folders, logistics calendars, and confidential workspaces.

Education:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
