- In-depth understanding of media business and aligning digital technology solutions to optimize cross channel marketing campaigns
- Significant experience, proficiency in, and passion for Mobile and/or Web products
- 8-10 years of experience working in the same or similar role
- Expertise in Ad Servers and Tag Managers such as the Google Campaign Manager and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to both technical (Product Managers and Engineers) and non-technical audiences
- Ability to think both tactically and strategically moving through both fluidly.
- Proficiency working with instrumentation pixels (image, iframe, js, etc)
- Exceptional prioritization skills while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, In-depth understanding of media business
- Oversee all stages of instrumentation/conversion tracking and conducts full end-to-end data validation and QA of tag implementation for campaign sign off
- Research and identify industry changes and the potential impact on campaign measurement/attribution to brainstorm alternative methods of tracking and deliver innovative solutions to our internal stakeholders
- Strategize with media team, product marketing and agencies to architect operational framework based on campaign KPIs and provide guidance on measurement and optimization of campaign performance across all verticals and digital channels
- Partner with analysts to establish measurement and attribution benchmarks for media team across programmatic, social, CRM, native channels to measure impact of awareness and performance campaigns
- Drive continuous optimization across all facets of campaigns by working cross-functionally to A/B test creatives, audience segments and landing page iterations
- Identify potential gaps in tracking and provide recommendations and best practices to stakeholders for optimization
- Work closely with analysts and data integration team to define company-wide standards and guidelines for new migrations and/or features while ensuring data quality
- Execute go-to-market strategy through trafficking, ad tagging, creative rotation and ad hoc report generation
- Inform and update executives and stakeholders on product performance, plans, and progress towards metrics
- Define data testing plans and create methodologies that help teams to iterate fast and release new features for testing and, if successful, rollout to all users globally
- Build strong partnerships with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams and enable them to launch new Growth initiatives for testing/iteration
