- Responsible for Network Engineering support in Client features relating to SDN/NFV, Internet Exchange connectivity.
- UAT design and execution, Prepare and deliver training to Operations teams.
- Work with cross functional teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve network related issues (route, switch, firewall, datacenter).
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies and interconnections – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- 5+ years Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
- CCIE/CCNP Certification is Mandatory.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, L2, L3).
- Solid understanding of the Data Center networking, Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto or similar vendor technologies.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
