In this role, Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation (IC) Functional Lead/Architect will be working to understand customer goals/requirements, expectations, and challenges, analyze situations/data, for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the CloudYou will advise the Project Manager & other stakeholders from time to time on implementation aspects of the projectAs a Sales Cloud Lead/Architect, you would be responsible for the overall delivery quality on the project by ensuring teams adherence to standard practices and proceduresBuild an understanding of and leverage Oracle methodologies, tools and leading practicesFacilitate requirement gathering sessionsAnalyze and map existing client compensation processes to standard Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation processesDevelop and deliver end-user trainingPrepare and present executive project briefingsLead discovery sessions, configuration review sessions, and end to end review sessionsDefine conversion strategy to load payees, transactions, quotas, and historical dataBenefitsDefine solutions that leverage Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation functionality, standard and extensible

Required Skills:

5+ years experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation, or 8+ years’ experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation

5+ years in the Sales/Variable Compensation domainApply business process knowledge to Sales and Marketing/ Variable Compensation challenges
