Engineering Project Manager

Title: Project ManagerLocation : SunnyvaleDuration : 6 + MonthsRate: $60/hr to $70/hr C2C DOE Remarks: Candidate MUST relocate to the Bay Area before start date if hired and work remotely from there. This contract need is for our client who is a Leading Computer Technology Giant named after a Fruit RESPONSIBILITIES : o Development and management of Product Backlogs o Writing functional specifications to direct coding development and unit testing o Release schedule development and management o Management of QA and regression testing process and validation o Plan and manage multiple technical and ecommerce / web retail product backlogs o Keep the stakeholders, customers, engineers and team members informed on project status and in-sync with the latest development schedule and priorities - no surprises! o Facilitate seamless collaboration across multiple technical and non-technical teams, identifying and breaking through blockers to improve process and communication o Evaluate existing methods and drive continuous process improvements o Five (5+) years of Technical Project Management experience, including Agile methodology o Five (5+) years of full life cycle web transaction flow development projects. o Evaluate existing software technologies, hardware, and drive continuous design improvements o Evaluate existing infrastructure and propose new design and functional flow maps o Verify that data is in a format which facilitates sharing and proper data conversion o Manage content assets required for launch o Manage Design, Development and Test processes. o Functional specification tracking to coded deliverables o Deploy and release design and execution o Bug screening, tracking and resolution escalation o UAT test coordination and prioritization o Integration Testing and monitoring to validate end-to-end customer use cases o Asset collection and verification o Distribution of collated test reports across engineering teams and escalation of priority items o Validation of test environments and alignment of test partners If interested, send a 3 page resume and your rate to jhuang@sisinc.com
