Duties aria-hidden="true" Respond to high volume of immigration email and ticket inquiries to communicate policy, procedures, and resolve immigration related questions. Process emails using available tools (knowledge articles, internal US immigration portal). Apply judgement and escalate when needed. aria-hidden="true" Work with external immigration counsel and other vendors to ensure timely, high quality services are provided and SLAs are met aria-hidden="true" Partner closely with cross functional teams, Staffing, HR Reps, Payroll, Legal, Finance, HRIS, IT, etc. aria-hidden="true" Handle the daily administration of immigration related tasks (cross charges, auditing, record keeping, tracking) aria-hidden="true" Manage 1-2 programs within immigration aria-hidden="true" Run prevailing wage surveys (Radford) – daily and according to schedule aria-hidden="true" Participate in monthly business meetings with attorneys (prepare agenda, take minutes) aria-hidden="true" Facilitate the Annual Town Hall Meeting (an annual travel to HQ required) aria-hidden="true" Quarterly maintenance/content review of knowledge article database; create or update existing articles aria-hidden="true" Actively participate in the HR immigration team meetings (brainstorm, contribute ideas, process improvements, etc.) collaborating on all areas of immigration team’s responsibility aria-hidden="true" Assist with immigration projects as needed aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Skills aria-hidden="true" • 3-5+ years business immigration paralegal experience with NIV and IV matters aria-hidden="true" • Experience working in a role that requires a high degree of confidentiality aria-hidden="true" • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail aria-hidden="true" • Excellent written and oral communication skills aria-hidden="true" • Demonstrated strong teamwork and collaborative skills aria-hidden="true" • Demonstrated ability to work remotely and/or under minimal supervision aria-hidden="true" • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.) aria-hidden="true" • Experience using applicant tracking systems aria-hidden="true" • Proficiency in ticketing/knowledge base systems aria-hidden="true" • Ability to learn and adapt and take on new challenges aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Education aria-hidden="true" Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
