SUMMARY

Planned, directed, and designed the company's IT infrastructure and projects while simultaneously managing the IT team responsible for maintaining infrastructure. Frequently collaborate with colleagues in different departments and group companies. Oversee lower-level IT employees while reporting to IT Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, train, and assess the performance of the infrastructure staff responsible for the support and operations on networks, servers, and end-user devices, etc. Train users on software and equipment usage. Responsible for designing, specifying, configuring, installing, and maintaining LAN/WAN hardware, software, clouds, and telecommunications equipment to support business. Manage the infrastructure spanning multiple US data centers, clouds, and physical US office locations. Research and evaluate current and new technologies. Set up and maintain disaster recovery. Create documentation such as building procedures and runbooks. Submit and track tickets, tasks, and changes; provide advice, guidance, and direction to colleagues in other departments and group companies. Oversee all IT assets and maintain an accurate and comprehensive enterprise asset inventory. Track security compliance for systems through regular patching and configuration control. Prepare and follow J-SOX procedure and audit. Oversee access, event, problem, and incident management; change control; and DR process. Support program reviews and briefings; identify and report on issues or related problems and potential risks. Present recommendations to management. Test and install software upgrades and new hardware. Manage and oversees routine preventive maintenance on software and hardware. Manage technology inventory to include procurement and disposal. Manage IT-related contractors and vendors' relationships. Develop annual goals and detailed plans for goal accomplishment. Develop and maintain technology policies, standards, and procedures manual. Manage IT-related projects with IT staff, business departments, and external customers/vendors. Provide leadership and training to lower-level staff. Provide supervision of staff as directed; update job descriptions; complete staff evaluations. Coordinate global systems and projects with group companies' IT organizations.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS A college degree and 7+ years of related experience in infrastructure management, including supervision. Excellent communication skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. May be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
