- Strong communication skills; both verbally as in writing The single biggest skill they need here, must be able to navigate through large complex organizations
- Ability to facilitate meetings; and seek consensus between participants
- Demonstrable experience in task management, and light project management
- Good analytical skills and use of methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to structure, organize, and summarize large amount of structured data
- Affinity with system development, regulatory requirements, information security, privacy, etc
