Our eCommerce client is looking for a Marketing Operations Technician contractor to help drive adoption of online and point of sale solutions on this 6 month contract.As a Marketing Operations Technician with the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team in the Global Platform Development organization, you will join a cross functional team of world-class marketing operations and engineers, and help to migrate our marketing campaigns, notifications, and outbound messaging from a legacy MarTech stack to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsible for:- Inbound and outbound communication and messaging that connect with customers daily- These messages include email, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat, and moreDesired Experience - Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)- Platform setup, management and configuration- Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder- 3+ years of data design and development experience- SQL, FTP/SFTP, Teradata, etc- Public cloud platform knowledge, specifically with AWS and S3- Experience in an Agile/Kanban development environment is preferred- Passion for self-driven, continuous learning, both in and out of the office- Excellent communication skills are required to be able to convey technical and operational issues and details to non-technical usersIND123Submit resume (and samples if applicable) to:Vacancy expired!
