The Post Production Photo Producer ensures uniformity across product imagery for the whole studio by delivering retouched photographs to suit creative demands and intent while managing production capacity and scope management. They oversee the creation of retouched photographs by collaborating with the Creative and Production teams to plan, inform, track, and enforce deadlines for new and current images.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and works well with others. It is necessary to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. They should be extremely proficient in production and eager to try out new ideas. They must have a keen eye for photography, a thorough understanding of the creative process, and a track record of collaborating closely with design and production teams. The Post Production Photo Producer must be at ease giving presentations to all levels of management and audiences (one-to-one to larger groups).

  • Familiar with using online workflow tools
  • Knowledge of:
      • Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom, Camera Raw, PhotoMechanic, CaptureOne
      • XXX Numbers, Pages, and Keynote

Description
  • Manage image schedules/expectations/resource management/image tracking
  • Track imagery status of project and provide weekly/daily status updates
  • Communicate effectively with Creative and Retouching teams
  • Accountable for risk management and formal route to escalation
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues, drive process improvement as solutions are recognized
  • Receive, compile, confirm accuracy, and distribute pertinent project information to appropriate parties
  • Partners with Producers and Production teams to develop processes and streamline workflows
  • Schedule and facilitate pre and post production meetings with the Production team
  • Keep current with emerging technologies while constantly evolving the process for efficiencies

Education?A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years working agency or equivalent experience is strongly preferred
