- Completes ad-hoc assignments that assist in the development of product strategy and roadmap Market, Competitive and Customer Analysis
- Research competitors and verticals; prepares atypical reports related to financial position, competitive position, and market potential Business Case Development
- Collaborates on and may create the financial business models, conducts compelling business opportunity reviews with more senior team members Product Performance
- Defines metrics that will be used to inform product success and help drive user experience improvements Cross Functional Collaboration·
- Designs product training curriculum; participates in cross-functional trainings and meetings New Partner Identification and Engagement
- Identifies partners to enhance or extend the product Backlog Prioritization
- Supports with backlogs, working regularly with the team to refine and add detail where needed
- Collaborates closely with technology teams Test Case Definition and UAT Coordination
- Refines definition of allowable configurations, test cases and executes UAT Stakeholder Management
- Manages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
- Identifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectively
