- Lead and support business impacting projects, executing using appropriate Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools and techniques
- Drive project implementation working closely with subject matter experts through project initiation, solution selection, functional design, development and testing
- Obtain, create and document business requirements engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- Work with the IT team on solution design and development improvements
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities, perform cost benefit analysis and monitor performance
- Report status by providing periodic project updates, highlighting opportunities, risks, issues and challenges
- Create metrics and dashboards to measure process efficiencies in order to validate process changes are creating the desired results
- Manage and align stakeholder expectations within and/or across functions
- Collaborate with TPT leaders to implement system & process improvements ensuring alignment & consistency
- Present project tollgates to sponsor and key stakeholders making detailed, prioritized recommendations and present findings in a range of different formats
- Identify and proactively include correct stakeholders and communications effectively
- Escalate to Continuous Improvement Senior Manager to resolve complex project and stakeholder issues
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desired
- Excellent project management and process mapping skills
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience working for a Global organization across multiple functions & regions
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Highly pro-active & ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic and a passion to learn and develop
- Ability to travel internationally
- Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience leading cross functional workshops or kaizen events
- Experience with MS Visio preferred
- 10+ years of experience in related field preferred
- Knowledge of Siebel or Salesforce.com desirable
