Grid Dynamics is looking for a skillful and experienced UX Researcher / Business analyst to work with multiple projects to enhance the user experience. As a key UX Researcher, you will be working in collaboration with worldwide industry experts. Responsibilities:- Work with key stakeholders, business, and SMEs to clarify expectations, communicate your vision, and influence/drive product requirements to design towards, in addition to being able to evaluate those designs
- Work with business partners to identify participants for user studies
- Lead foundational research activities and deliver associated artifacts (e.g., customer journey maps, design sprint workshop facilitation)
- Conducting user studies, assist with user study scripts and communications
- Analyze UX and consider its re-thinking and optimization
- Synthesize feedback from user studies (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, validation testing) and present research summary reports
- Creating user flows, refactor and optimize them following business processes and business vision
- Have practical experience from 5 years
- Be a creative person, aligned with a good style and trends
- Have an ability to analyze and structure data
- Be able to listen and perceive the views of colleagues and clients
- Based on previous experience, be able to explain research method selection, planning, analyze possible challenges and how to overcome them
- Be able to explain and reason your decision
- Be attentive to details and quality
- Perceive criticism as a constructive element for improving results
- Have experience with paper and pencil, boards, stickers
- Experience in Figma and Sketch would be a benefit
- Experience with Google Suite
