Project Overview: - Client Engineering Operations uses technology to continuously improve the operational efficiency of the business as the Client grows. - The Service Quality team within Client Ops is primarily focused on engineering tools and processes that enable the delivery of a high-quality customer experience with every release. - This includes release engineers, software engineers in test, and software performance engineers.

Overall Responsibilities: - Help build the automation framework for testing the Client deployment pipeline. - Provide test coverage for this framework to ensure we’re bringing value to the engineers working on the deployment lifecycle.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: - Design and develop tools and test scenarios to evaluate the impact of system changes on product features.- Build and use instrumentation and tools to assist in monitoring and analyzing product health.- Work with product engineers to design systems and components with quality in mind.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

Education: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Total years’ experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility : - 4-8 years experience in developing applications for automation and process improvements.- Solid foundation of Python and Pytest. - Experience with Kubernetes and exposure to cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
