Job Title: Technical Program Manager for Workday ImplementationLocation: Sunnyvale, CAJob Type: Fulltime/ContractQualifications• 3+ years prior experience implementing Workday with atleast 2 Implementation lifecycle on Workday in HCM Domain• Lead complex and diverse range cross-team, cross-functional initiatives• Provide technical input and expertise in the development of program or project solutions, and in the communication of technical issues to work teams• Very detail-oriented, with a strong Workday technical background, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple, high-reaching priorities simultaneously• Strong analytical skills with track record of using objective data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and decisions
Responsibilities• TPM will be responsible for the problem space, work closely with diverse business and engineering leads to conceptualize solutions, organize/align multiple technical teams for delivery, and drive execution• They will look for ways to standardize, ensure execution is efficient and consistent, and set accountability by supervising progress, resolving dependencies, identifying issues, evaluating risks, and communicating status to upper management and project stakeholders• TPM will intrinsically act as a mentor to engage and energize the Workday Technical teams to achieve time bound goals!• Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress• Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and provide support to teams balancing challenging priorities• Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary• Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effectiveVacancy expired!
