Technical Writer JOB DESCRIPTION- Portfolio- 5 + years of experience Technical Writing- 3 + years of creating physical, logical architecture diagrams and businessprocess diagrams.- Update User Guides, Environment Set Up documentation and End-User documentation- OmniGraffle- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English or Communications- Certificate or completed a program that focus on Technical Communications (Technical Writing)- Must have experience creating graphs and documents for Executives Passion for technologyDevelop and deliver high quality, user-friendly documentation for internal business and engineeringaudiences.Extensive experience collaborating with Software Engineering, Project Management, and other internalteams to gather and research relevant information to enable successful documentation.Ability to track and lead project efforts.Including; reviewing, editing and updating new and existing API documentation to validate for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and overall quality.Excellent communication skills.Effectively articulate, evangelize, and defend your ideas in front of a variety of audiences fromdifferent backgrounds.
