Integration Analyst / Webmethods Developer (Sunnyvale, CA)The Integration Analyst is responsible for processing, troubleshooting and analyzing various EDI transmissions. The position involves working on a range of EDI transactions for existing and on-boarding trading partners This person must be organized, excellent at time-management and able to communicate status to multiple parties inside our organization and with clients.Essential Job FunctionsSkillfully implement customers from initial stage into live production.Train new clients and manage entire customer setup lifecycle, serving as single point of customer contact.Monitor files for delivery and receipt.Assist in troubleshooting of EDI transactions and workflow.Identify, analyze and communicate all exception errors to the appropriate parties.Improve products by notifying development team of problems and making recommendations.Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding billing and interface related issues, and general customer concerns. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and a positive rapport with all customers.
