- Must have- Good understanding of WiFi and LTE technology (802.11 protocols, UDP and TCP data performance, able to set test bed, etc)- OSI layer exp- strong LTE understanding - someone who is a SME who can bring LTE knowledge to the team ( knows cellular frequencies, ranges, category levels/specifications, etc)
