- Sourcing of candidates, screening of candidates, Temporary Tech Sourcing Recruiter
- Sourcing of candidates Screening of candidates Coordinating Online assessments
- Managing Onsite blitzes
- Ability to use ATS, LinkedIn, Beamery Duplicate checking of candidate resumes
- Mass candidate reach outs
Typical Day: - Source and push people for assessment;
- Sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and management.
- Working with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Goal is to have 2 reqs filled per month
- Time management
