- Build and publish ‘Business Readiness Assessment’ Strategy and Execution Plan document
- Bring a fresh perspective and new ideas into key insights of Supply Chain performance
- Introduce assessment questions and criterias to assess maturity of system solution and business processes
- Partner with Capability Architects and Business Readiness Validations team to evaluate the outcome of the applicable assessment questions and develop scorecard accordingly
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate the maturity of business process and system changes
- Compose business readiness assessment reports and scorecards
- Present business readiness assessment reports and scorecards to Leadership team and business stakeholders
- Work with key stakeholders to review suggestions on the areas that need improvement
- Work with internal and external partners to observe and evaluate efficiency of solutions and iterate until desired outcomes are achieved
- Must have knowledge of Supply Chain Management & Testing
- EITHER with a major studying Supply Chain Management in school and at least 2 year of experiences in working on Oracle Order Management, Global Trade Management and Logistics and Inventory Management solutions
- supply chain testing process and activities.
- Deep knowledge on any testing tools.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Hands on system level testing
- Must have strong critical-thinking skill and Business Analyst sense with a solid understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals
- Must have hands-on experience in composing and/or analyzing EPIC, User Stories and Business Acceptance Criteria
- Must have hands-on experience in conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase and writing UAT scenario
- Must have great sense of urgency, thoroughness, and quality towards assigned tasks and goals
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
