Job Title: Program Manager with Supply Chain Management Job Location: Bay Area, CA (100% Remote)Job Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Duties Include:- Leading a web-application development team
- Front end/ UI development experience
- Establish requirements, costs, and schedule targets.
- Plan project activities, assemble a cross-functional teams and other critical resources; and manage the project from start through implementation and close out. Take appropriate actions to measure progress and meet the schedule. Manage and drive project team to achieve objectives.
- Manage Organizational change: Stakeholder analysis, communications, and planning training
- Prepare and present project updates at executive reviews and escalate issues threatening the success of the project.
- Analyze performance data. Summarize final results vs. objectives and take actions to close gaps. Recommend corrective actions
- Summarize the project results and identify lessons learned to ensure effectiveness and efficiency gains are realized for future projects
- Experience in High Tech product development environment (PILOT), SEMI conductor preferred
- Experienced with Supply Chain PERFORMANCE & RISK management and associated metrics
- Understanding principles of Strategic Procurement Excellence
- BS or BA in Technical or Business field of study or equivalent experience
- Project Manager: 3-5 years of experience running waterfall or scrum projects
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in written form, well to all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills supporting the ability to solve complex cross-functional issues with multi-dimensional, conflicting needs.
- High-level of proficiency in Excel, Power Point & Visio
