Brief Summary: We are excited to announce the opening of a Full-Time Accounting Assistant at the main office of the Truckee-Donner Recreation and Park District. The Account Department consist of 3 employees to support the District. The ideal candidate will work in a team environment but asked to work independently on their assigned tasks. This opening is a great opportunity to join an experienced team and join TDRPD as we open all of our facilities to the Truckee community.
Pay: $21.46-$23.65 per hour, depending experience and qualifications, plus medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and District perks valued at $500 per month for a family of 4 (they include membership passes to the fitness center, pool, golf course, and beach for employees and their entire family).
Requirements: Associations Degree in recreation administration, business or public administration, accounting, or a closely related field, preferred and two year of experience in processing accounting documents and maintain accounting records, or in general office support work.
