Snow Mountain, LLC (Drakesbad Guest Ranch, Manzanita Lake, Kohm Yah-mah-neeVisitors Center) are located in the spectacular Lassen Volcanic National Park. As one of the country's oldest national parks, Lassen is consumed with gorgeous hiking trails, picturesque lakes that afford sightseeing, fishing and kayaking, and cabins and campgrounds for those that want to experience the rustic feel of the beautiful outdoors!
Snow Mountain, LLC is seeking a FT Massage Therapist (must be CA certified) to work at the Drakesbad Ranch location. This positions is for seasonal employment between the months of July and August and may be combined with another position if interested. Affordable housing, if needed, is available.
Summary of Position:
Be responsible for providing quality therapeutic massage in a professional and welcoming environment in our company's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hold a valid CA Massage Therapist license and current professional liability insurance
- Bring a passion for health and service
- Be a strong contributor to a teamwork environment that is built on respect and integrity
- Represent the company in a professional manner according to company policy
- Be qualified to offer a variety of the most requested types of therapeutic massage
- Have the ability to communicate with the highest level of customer service, professionalism and empathy
- Greet all guests with a smile and maintain a positive attitude at all times
Position Requirements:
-Ability to work in an environment involving frequent squatting, bending, twisting and lifting up to 40 lbs. and spending up to 8 hours per day standing
-Excellent customer service and people skills
-Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts up to 20 hours per week
-Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to meet and/or exceed customer service expectations
Knowledge and Experience:
-Valid and updated CA Massage Therapist License
-Customer Service experience (Minimum 1 year)
