MBS Property Management is looking for Full-time & Part-time Managers and Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Susanville, CA and surrounding areas. Other areas are available for Managers and Maintenance Technicians who are willing to relocate (note: housing may not be included at some locations).
Qualified candidates will be given the opportunity to join a positive environment where teamwork and respect are promoted. The ideal candidate must have the ability to be dependable, self-motivated and detail oriented. The ideal candidate for a Manager position is someone who has basic office and computer skills and is customer service oriented. Experience in RD and LIHTC programs is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate for a Maintenance Technician position is reliable, a self starter, has the ability to work with very little oversight and has Building and Grounds Maintenance experience. Pay DOE. Benefits for FT employees after Introductory Period include Medical Insurance, AFLAC, and 401K.
