The Chase Wealth Management Financial Advisor Development Program’s mission is to recruit, develop and retain a diverse pipeline of high-performing Financial Advisors.What is the opportunity?This is a 24-36 month program that equips participants with foundational knowledge and skills as they experience multiple roles within our branch organization. The program will entail a three part rotation through our bank platform enabling the participant to develop a solid understanding of the Chase Wealth Management platform and banking structure starting as a Relationship Banker with the ultimate end goal of becoming a Financial Advisor with a Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation.What’s next?During this program you will complete the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, revised Series 7 top off exam and 66 licenses and the appropriate state Group 1 - Life and Variable Annuity License. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination by JPMC that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration for this position.
