Making multiple outbound calls daily to potential customers 30+ calls per day
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls
Facilitating future sales
Meeting or exceeding sales goals
Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Closing sales and leading customer through purchasing process
Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
Maintaining record of calls through computerized system
Engaging customer during phone call with questions
Inside SalesRepresentativeQualifications
Comfortable making calls and talking to people all day
Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
Possesses an energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Customer focused to gain sales
Previous phone sales experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Able to professionallyand confidently communicatewith diverse groups of people
Must live within the Temecula/Murrieta area
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
