Role: Communications Specialist Duration: 6 months. Starting ASAP. 100% remote Description: This role will report under the Corporate Communications team in the Office of the CIO. Our consultant will support the client's global infrastructure services team and their technology and systems functional communications to the organization's end users supporting projects. Will work with the engineers/ SMEs to provide communications to the appropriate end user audiences and will participate in the creation of user interfaces (UI, wireframing) using internal communication portals. This consultant will work with the engineer's/ SME's write ups and provide a communication framework around the final message to address the end user audience. Will also plan the timing of communications aligned with the project timeline and milestones. Consultant should be able to understand what is going on in terms of project objectives and be able to map out the appropriate communications supporting projects and their targeted end users. These communications will be part of a playbook which can be referenced for future communications. Requires experience with Corporate Communications; excellent client communication skills, (written and verbal) with an attitude of "I am here to help you". Requires excellent listening skills and patience and a team player attitude. Will interface with Sr. Managers as well as technical resources and other project members. Experience with interacting and interviewing internal clients is preferred, and experience in OCM and video scripting is a nice to have. Tools used consist of MS Teams, Outlook, MS Office with advanced function experience in Word and Excel in formatting, track changes, etc.
