SMCI is seeking a Team level Senior Scrum Master/ Agile Coach with SAFe and Infrastructure ops experience. Will need to balance the needs of Infrastructure teams while acting as SM and Agile Coach. This role is 100% remote and will support primarily EST This role will provide coaching and training to lead current teams to become high performing as they move to SAFe. Must have experience as Sr Scrum Master and working in Agile/ SAFe environments. Requires SAFe Certifications as well as experience with JIRA. This role requires an ability to influence people, to balance the practical vs the perfect. Candidates needs to be able to understand where each team is at in this journey (SAFE, Agile, Scrum and product teams) to be able to discern the maturity of the product teams and then appropriately guide them in next steps to improve the maturity curve).
