Job Description: Project Description - Provide Program Level Lean-Agile coaching and support using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) supporting the client's data strategy initiative. This role will be responsible for the Scrum-of-Scrums meetings, drives continuous improvement within a Scrum Team, Agile maturity Assessments; acting as a coach, defines with client and scrum teams the understanding and definition of ready and done in the construct of Epics and Sprints. Also, escalates impediments, helps manage risk, helps ensure value delivery working with various stakeholders and product development teams and partners closely with the business clients, scrum master and product owner roles.
This position may be assigned to a client that requires all individuals on-site to have the COVID-19 vaccination. The individual must be fully vaccinated before starting work at such a client site.
Must have skills needed include hands on experience with program level mgmt of large and complex solutions. lead Scrum-of-Scrums meetings, PI Planning, coach stakeholders, teams, and scrum masters in new processes and mindsets. Apply Lean-Agile knowledge to execute and release value, foster relentless improvement and have the right aptitude, and attitude (50/50). Keep a pulse on the program. Be a thought partner with product owner and scrum master roles; knowledge of ART process and execution, building high-performing Agile Release Trains.
