Job Description: SMCI is seeking a Supply Chain to define processes, procedures and best practices for development, maintenance and enhancement of CST capabilities / platforms.
Work with and educate key stakeholders in the organization, including Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, to design the most effective and efficient processes
Measure and communicate capabilities / platforms adoption and maturity metrics
Establish CST capabilities Center of Excellence to support global Customer Service network and
integrated Order-to-Cash processes
Skills:
Strong understanding of supply chain
Experience in working in and between business/finance operations and IT
Ability to translate complex information into comprehensive, concise and high-quality business requirements that resonate with stakeholders.Required Skills: CHANGE MANAGEMENT; SAP; SUPPLY CHAIN.
