- Deploy, maintain, and manage production systems (Windows - Onprem and Azure) to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security.
- Familiar with Automation tools Powershell
- Patching and disaster recovery
- Backup and restore in windows environment
- Ensure IT security standards and remediate vulnerabilities detected within IT systems
- Required to provide production support to IT business applications, working alongside application owners.
- ServiceNow experience - Incident management
- cations, working alongside application owners.
- 10+ years of Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, SSO, DNS and related Microsoft technologies
- Strong Active Directory experience administration and configuration
- Public Cloud experience Azure and AWS
- Experience with server and application monitoring with Nagios or any other enterprise monitoring solution like Logicmonitor or Dynatrace
- Experience in scripting - Windows PowerShell or Linux Shell Script, need to know how to automate manual tasks/processes
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN network infrastructure technologies
- Experience with ITIL process knowledge ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Experience within Healthcare IT domain is preferred
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills, along with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent IT industry experience
