In addition to work with the business and IT teams to find, analyze and implement new solutions. Creates and manages escalation procedures and ensures service levels are maintained. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner. This is a Hands-On position.This job will have the following responsibilities:- Supporting legacy application process and code
- Selecting and developing new technologies to replace legacy applications
- Understand existing systems
- Document requirements
- Facilitate technical solution selection
- Design, develop, configure and implement new solutions
- Work with other teams to implement new features, and optimize existing features
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year University on computer science, Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Two years of full-time paid experience as a developer
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Accepts and embraces a stretch culture environment with a positive can-do attitude
- MS-SQL database design, queries, store procedures and programming
- Client side programming ideally C# .Net
- VB6, VBA is a plus
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are required.
