Accountable for full scale build efforts across multiple phases. Facilitate and coordinates design sessions Systems Design and Application Development Support System Test, UAT, and project implementation Address problems related to systems compatibility and multiple platform integration Identify risks associated with component or application implementation Provide independent point of view and unbiased analysis of vendor work for Honda Willingness to engage in hands-on work when necessary to help the team REQUIRED: SFDC and digital Platform mastery: Local Candidate are preferred, but this role is currently remote, once COVID restrictions lift, they will move to a hybrid role 10+ years working with Salesforce.com as a Senior Developer or Technical Architect 5+ years working on VisualForce and Apex 3+ years working on Lightning, SOQL, and SOSL Experience with system integrations, preferably involving Salesforce.com Experience with web services: JSON and XML Experience with large data handling in Salesforce and Apex Batch CERTIFICATIONS: Platform App Builder (required), Service Cloud (required), Marketing Cloud (required), Platform Developer I / Platform Developer II (required) Excellent communication, collaboration and written skills Validate designs for long/short-term needs and development is on track Experience collaborating with architectural teams from the ground up.Other Requirements: Proven ability to optimize Salesforce out-of-the-box features and functionality Experience from at least 2 large-scale, end-to-end Salesforce implementations as Technical Lead or Architect Subject Matter Expertise: Salesforce Solution Design and Delivery 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (with at least 3 as Tech Lead / Dev Lead). 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect Strong technical knowledge in delivering Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Service Cloud, Customer Communities, and Marketing Cloud, combining in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts. Strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration and customization using APEX and Lightning 3+ years of experience developing in APEX, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components Strong Salesforce to external systems integration experience (using APIs, IPaaS tools, ETL tools, etc.) Experience with large data handling in Salesforce and Apex Batch Experience in managing multiple Salesforce environments using DevOps processes Experience in Salesforce code management and deployments using DevOps processes Ability to work as a Software Development Lead to lead a team of Senior and Junior developers Demonstrated ability to perform code and configuration reviews prior to Production deployment in a Salesforce environment Mastery in custom-cloud, cross-cloud, and on-premise solution architecture and design patterns Knowledge of data management, including data modeling, data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing and security Strong understanding of the information technology landscape stretching from infrastructure, network, client, server, emerging technology standards and trends Strong ability to define systems and integration models; act as a technical expert addressing problems relating to systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integration Strong understanding and working knowledge of software engineering, software development Experience with web services: JSON, XML In-depth knowledge of design requirements Strong knowledge of software development life-cycle, system engineering and business process re-engineering.
